Cereplast to Present at Jefferies Global Clean Technology Conference

 

Presentation Will Highlight Advancements in Bio-based, Sustainable Plastic Materials Development and Growing Global Demand

 

Hawthorne, Calif. (May 27, 2008) -- Cereplast, Inc. (OTCBB:CERP) manufacturer of proprietary bio-based, sustainable plastics, will present at the Jefferies & Company, Inc. 5th Global Clean Technology Conference on June 5, 2008 in New York City at 2:30 PM EST. Cereplast Chairman and CEO Frederic Scheer will address the growing global demand for new, sustainable plastic materials that limit dependence on petroleum and reduce their environmental “footprint” while remaining economically competitive with traditional plastic products.  Scheer will be accompanied by Randy Woelfel, president and COO and Stephan Garden, senior vice president, Finance and Business Development.
