Installing E-ZPass
Follow the below instructions to mount the E-ZPass tag transponder in your vehicle.
For passenger vehicles (internal tags)
- Clean the area you wish to place your transponder. The ideal mounting place is on the windscreen on the side of the driver. Please use rubbing alcohol such as isopropyl and allow some time to dry.
- Remove the plastic tap from the back of the Velcro on the tag.

For commercial vehicles (external tags)
